Ken Barkus

Ken joined D.A. Davidson in September 1998. He previously worked for R. Meeder & Associates in Columbus, Ohio, and other financial services firms in Denver. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Montana. Away from work, Ken enjoys the many outdoor activities that western Montana offers, including skiing, golfing, hunting, fishing and boating. He and his wife, Denise, have three children. Their oldest daughter, Reide, graduated from the University of Idaho in 2022. Their son, Kamren, is a senior at San Diego State University and plans on joining D.A. Davidson upon his graduation this spring. Their youngest daughter, Faithe, is a freshman at Boise State.
Josh Boyce, CWS®

Josh joined our firm in December 2014, bringing with him a passion for business and investing. Josh holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation; wealth planning and wealth management are the core of his practice. Previously, Josh was a successful entrepreneur who built two businesses from the ground up, that were later sold to pursue his passion for wealth management. Josh and his wife, Braumlee, have four children and two grandchildren. Their oldest son, Payton, and his wife, Maddie, live in Pocatello, Idaho, with their two children, Lenni and Hayes. Their second oldest, Payge, and her husband, Christian, are finishing their college degrees at BYU. Josh and Braumlee's son, Paxton, is attending flight school at American West Flight Academy in St. George, Utah. Their youngest, Payzlee, is finishing her senior year at Flathead High School. Josh is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending his summers rafting the Flathead River or boating with his family on one of the local lakes.
Lynzee Morton

Lynzee joined Ken in August 2015 after an 11-year career at a local sporting goods store. Lynzee oversees the operational side of the team. She has an eye for detail and keeps the team organized and on schedule. Lynzee's background in retail carries over into her financial career with the passion she has for taking care of client needs in a thorough and efficient manner. The client experience is a crucial part of our wealth management process, and Lynzee is at the center of the client experience. Lynzee and her husband, Zane, have two children. Their oldest, Emiree, is a junior at Columbia Falls High School and their son, Wes, attends Columbia Falls Junior High. Lynzee's winters are consumed by hockey; most of their evenings and weekends are spent at the local ice rink or traveling for games. Lynzee spends her summers enjoying what Montana has to offer, and most weekends are spent in the mountains camping or rafting the Flathead River.
Jackie Baird

Jackie is the newest member of Barkus Wealth Management, having joined in August 2023. She is excelling and has quickly become an important part of the team. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two girls. Her oldest daughter, Paige, graduated from Glacier High in 2022 and the youngest, Phoebe, attends Kalispell Middle School.
